Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through international chat support.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Graduate or Undergraduate.
• Experience: Minimum 6 months of international chat or voice support experience.
• Communication: Strong written English skills.
• Process: International Chat Support.
• Domain: US Tech & Retail.
• Shift: Rotational shifts.
• Transport: Both-side cab facility / TA as applicable.
