International Client Relations Associate

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience who are interested in international business, client communication, and business development. The role involves communicating with international clients, identifying business opportunities, and supporting the export sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify international B2B leads and potential clients
• Connect with overseas clients through emails, calls, and online platforms
• Communicate with clients and build strong business relationships
• Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and product details
• Follow up with leads and maintain updated lead and sales trackers
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding pricing, orders, and client requirements
• Assist with international market research and business development
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and Excel

Requirements

• Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience
• Graduate or equivalent educational background
• Advanced English communication and email-writing skills
• Confident in communicating with international clients
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
• Interest in B2B sales, international markets, and business development
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work towards targets

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday: 9-hour total work schedule

• 5 hours from the office
• 4 hours from Residence during the night shift

Saturday: Half-day – 4.5 hours from office
Sunday: Fixed weekly off
