International COE Intern(AI Data Analysis-focused) Intern

Job Responsibilities

1. Process, clean and analyze HR datasets (talent effectiveness, manpower cost, headcount structure, turnover, performance) for JD overseas supply chain & international business. Produce regular reports and ad‑hoc analysis to support overseas talent and organizational decision‑making.
2. Apply AI tools for HR digitalization: standardize data, build talent tags, conduct effectiveness reviews and optimize documents. Explore AI use cases for refined talent management and process efficiency gains.
3. Engage in overseas & R‑COE digital projects covering organization development, performance system and talent effectiveness. Support data decomposition, execution and post‑project review.
4. Partner with overseas business and cross‑functional teams, deliver standardized digital HR workflows to lift organizational operational efficiency.

Job Requirements

1. Undergraduate or above. Class of 2028 preferred; overseas exposure is a plus. Statistics, Data Analytics, HR or related majors favored; basic HR & organization knowledge advantageous.
2. Strong data sense and basic analytical skills. Skilled in SQL, Python and AI office/analytics tools. Prior HR data analysis, digital project or AI‑driven business experience preferred.
3. Fast‑learner with sharp logic, able to independently conduct data analysis and reviews.
4. Proactive, detail‑minded and execution‑oriented. Good cross‑team communication; align with JD’s core values.

工作职责

1. 围绕京东海外供应链及国际业务场景，负责人才效能、 人力成本 、人员结构、流转 绩效 等人力资源维度数据的整理、清洗与深度分析，输出常态化数据 报表 、专项分析结论，为海外人才管理、组织效能优化及业务决策提供精准的数据支撑。

2. 依托各类AI智能工具赋能人力数字化工作，高效完成数据规整、人才数据标签梳理、效能智能复盘、方案文案优化等工作，主动探索AI在海外人才精细化管理、组织流程提效、人力体系优化等场景的落地应用。

3. 深度参与海外和R COE 数字化专项项目，聚焦海外 组织发展 、绩效体系优化、人才 效能提升 等方向，全程跟进项目推进、数据拆解、落地执行及复盘总结，积累数字化人力项目实战经验。

4. 联动海外业务、运营及各职能团队，精准对接人才管理、组织优化相关需求，落 地标 准化、数字化的人力运营流程，持续提升海外团队整体运营与组织管理效能。

任职要求

1. 本科及以上在校学生，28届优先、有海外经历优先；统计、 数据分析 、人力资源等相关专业优先，了解基础人力资源模块逻辑、组织管理体系者优先。

2. 具备良好的数据敏感度和基础分析能力，熟练使用 SQL 、pyhon等数据工具及各类AI办公/分析工具，有人力数据分析、数字化项目、AI赋能业务相关经验者优先。

3. 学习能力强、逻辑清晰，能独立完成数据分析及问题复盘。

4. 工作主动细致、执行力强，具备良好的跨部门沟通协作能力，认同京东核心 价值观 。
