What they need
- Position: Collections Specialist
- Account: UK Financial Collections
- Location: Eton Centris, Quezon City
- Work Setup: 100% Onsite
- Schedule: Shifting schedules aligned with UK time
- Account Type: Voice
- Classes: October
- Salary: Up to 30% hike from last drawn basic salary + ₱2,400 allowance, depending on experience
- Joining Bonus: ₱40,000
- Education: At least HS Old Curriculum / SHS / 2nd year college up to college graduate
✅ Mandatory Qualifications
- At least 1 year of collections experience
- Must have experience under a Collections LOB
- For UK support: Collections experience from any industry is acceptable
- For US/AU support: Collections experience must be from the banking or financial services industry
- Experience as a CSR handling occasional collections-related calls does not qualify
- Good negotiation and assertive communication skills
- Comfortable handling international customers
- Good understanding of the collections process
