International Customer Care Executive

Role & responsibilities :

• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate resolutions through calls.
• Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers.
• Resolve customer issues within the defined process guidelines and timelines.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Candidates must have completed 12th / 2nd PUC / 3-year Diploma from a recognized institution.
• BE/B.Tech and graduates from any stream are eligible to apply.
• Freshers and candidates with relevant BPO or non-relevant experience from other domains can apply.
• Good English communication of speaking and written is mandatory.
• Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts.
