Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers through email, chat, and non-voice processes.
- Handle customer inquiries related to software products and services.
- Resolve issues efficiently using problem-solving skills and knowledge of product features.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve process goals and objectives.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-3 years of experience in any field
- Bachelor's degree or UG
- Excellent communication skills in English language (spoken & written) with good command over IELTS/TOEFL/PTE scores.
- Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Typing speed 30 WPM or Above.
