International Customer Support

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and provide support through international chat and voice channels.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with international customers.
• Resolve customer concerns and provide accurate information.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Follow company policies, process guidelines, and quality standards.
• Meet performance targets, including productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as required.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Any Graduate.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.
• Candidates should be comfortable handling both chat and voice support.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Shift Details

• Working Hours: 8 hours per shift.
• Shift Pattern: 24/7 rotational shifts.
• Weekly Off: Two fixed weekly offs – Saturday and Sunday.
• Cab Facility: Two-way cab facility available within a 15 km radius.
