Role Overview

• Designation: Customer Support Executive
• Process: International Chat (E-commerce Seller Support)
• Location: Pune (In-Office)
• Compensation: Up to 3.5 LPA4.2 LPA (32,000 CTC/month) + Performance Incentives
• Shifts: Rotational Shifts (5.5 Days Working)
• Perks: Company-provided Cab Facility available

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality real-time chat support to international sellers on an global e-commerce platform.
• Resolve seller inquiries across orders, payments, logistics/deliveries, returns, payouts, and account management.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores while meeting defined chat handling and resolution metrics.
• Handle complex merchant queries with structured problem-solving and clear, professional written communication.

Candidate Profile & Eligibility

• Mandatory Requirement: Minimum 1 year of experience in an international voice or chat process.
• Domain Experience: Prior e-commerce seller support experience is MANDATORY.
• Communication: Exceptional written English skills with impeccable grammar, syntax, and typing speed.
• Education: Open to both undergraduates & graduates.
• Flexibility: Comfortable working in rotational shifts and a 5.5-day work week.
