Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through calls, emails and other communication channels.
• Communicate professionally with international customers and understand their requirements.
• Provide accurate information and suitable solutions to customer queries.
• Assist customers with product, service and process-related concerns.
• Maintain a positive and professional customer experience.
• Follow up with customers whenever required.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution of customer concerns.
• Identify suitable sales opportunities during customer interactions.
• Recommend relevant products or services based on customer requirements.
• Work towards achieving assigned sales and performance targets.
• Maintain good customer relationships through effective communication.

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
• Must be confident while communicating with international customers.
• Should have good sales and convincing skills.
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Fresher candidates can apply.
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
• Good listening and customer-handling skills.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
