Role Summary:-

- Handle inbound/outbound s with US/UK customers

• Resolve queries, provide solutions.

- Maintain 100% quality,

• Work on CRM tools and update customer data accurately

*What You Need*

• *Experience:* Freshers & Experienced both can apply

• *Education:* 12th Graduate Any stream

• *Languages:* Excellent English communication. Neutral accent preferred

• *Skills:* Confident speaker, good listening, target-oriented, flexible for shifts

• Shifts: US Shifts + UK Shifts available

• *Week Off: Choose 5 days OR 6 days working as per process
