International Customer Support Executive -Non Voice Process

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through live chat in a professional and timely manner.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product and service solutions.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide accurate resolutions.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through prompt and courteous support.
• Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously while meeting response-time targets.
• Update and maintain accurate customer records and interaction details in the CRM system.
• Follow company policies, quality standards, and data privacy guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
• Meet key performance metrics such as CSAT, FRT, AHT, and Resolution Rate.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: 10+2.
• Diploma (3 years), Undergraduate, BE/B.Tech, or Graduate from any stream.
• 13 years of relevant experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• International chat process experience is mandatory.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary: Up to 34 LPA.
• 5 days working.
• 2 rotational weekly offs.
• 24/7 rotational shifts.
• Two-way free cab facility.
