What you'll do
Key Responsibilities -

• Customer Engagement: Manage inbound and outbound communications professionally to address customer inquiries, concerns, and policy requirements.
• Product Consultation: Deliver accurate, transparent information regarding insurance products, premium calculations, and policy terms to empower customer decision-making.
• Issue Resolution: Actively diagnose customer grievances, provide efficient resolutions, and escalate complex matters to appropriate internal teams for swift closure.
• Data Integrity: Accurately log, update, and maintain comprehensive customer interaction records within the corporate CRM system.
• Service Excellence: Champion customer retention and satisfaction by maintaining a highly empathetic, professional, and solution-oriented approach.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications-

• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written proficiency in both English and Hindi is mandatory.
• Education: Any graduate
• Technical Skills: Sound foundational computer knowledge, including proficiency in MS Office.
