What they need
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support to customers through phone calls, emails, or chats regarding software products and services.
- Troubleshoot issues with software applications, identify root causes, and resolve problems efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex cases that require further assistance.
- Document customer interactions using CRM tools for accurate tracking and reporting.
Job Requirements :
- 1-6 years of experience in an International BPO environment handling Technical Voice Process (TVP) or similar roles.
- Strong knowledge of international technical support processes and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills in English language for effective interaction with customers from diverse backgrounds.
