International Customer Support - Travel Process

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to travel bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
• Process international B2C travel bookings using GDS systems such as Amadeus or Galileo.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer queries via phone calls, emails, or chats.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers in a timely manner.

Job Requirements :

• minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in an International BPO environment handling voice processes (preferably Travel industry).
• Proficiency in processing international B2C travel bookings using GDS systems like Amadeus or Galileo.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers over the phone or through digital channels.
