We’re looking for an International Business Manager to lead commercial growth in Europe/UK, joining a team that believes in trust, excellence and building strong, long-lasting relationships.

What you’ll do:

· Manage and develop relationships with international clients in tech and innovation sectors;

· Identify business opportunities and oversee the full sales cycle in your assigned markets;

· Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure tailored and effective solutions;

· Participate in meetings with stakeholders, negotiate proposals and monitor ongoing projects;

· Represent syffer at relevant international events and initiatives;

· Promote syffer’s brand and values across Benelux, Spain or UK.****Who you are:

· Minimum 2 years of experience in international sales or account management (preferably in tech consultancy or outsourcing);

· Proven ability to generate leads, close deals and build lasting client relationships across cultures;

· Strategic mindset, results-driven, with strong communication and emotional intelligence;

· Knowledge of Benelux, Spanish or UK markets (a strong plus);

· Fluent in English (other languages such as Spanish, Dutch or French are a plus);
