International HR Manager

Setting up HR, strategic, tactical, hands-on, projects

Region: Rotterdam (NL)

High lights:

• Responsible for developing, professionalizing and implementing the HR function, policy and strategy on an international scale, aligned with the company’s objectives
• Focus on Talent Acquisition, Employee Development/engagement, workforce planning, absenteeism policy, employee retention, and fostering and promoting an inclusive and sustainable corporate culture and environment
• Ca. 7+ years’ experience as HR professional, of which several years in a managerial and multinational setting
• Bachelor/Master's degree in HRM, Social Sciences or other relevant studies
• Academic level of working and thinking
• Preferably experience setting up and managing a (small/compact) international HR team
• Combining strategic vision with tactical and hands-on (roll up your sleeves) attitude
• Strong business partner, stakeholder management, approachable, acting as a hands-on team leader
• English fluently, knowledge of Dutch/German is an advantage
• Good, market-competitive employment terms and conditions, hybrid, fulltime
