Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle customer inquiries through international chat processes, providing accurate and timely resolutions.
• Process customer requests, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to senior team members when necessary.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions with customers, adhering to company standards for tone and language.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve recurring issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements :

• 1-3 years of experience in non-voice process or similar role (chat support).
• Strong understanding of international chat processes and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers from diverse backgrounds.
