Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated International Operations Assistant to join our growing team. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent graduate with a strong academic background who is eager to build a career in international operations, business coordination, and cross-border communication.

You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to support day-to-day operations, assist with communication and coordination, and help ensure smooth execution across a variety of business activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily international business operations and cross-functional coordination
• Assist communication between internal teams, overseas partners, and external stakeholders in English and Mandarin Chinese
• Prepare business documents, presentations, reports, and meeting materials
• Conduct research and organize information to support business decisions
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, follow-up items, and operational tasks
• Assist with project execution and track progress across different initiatives
• Support senior leadership with business coordination and special projects
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, accuracy, and attention to detail in all communications

Required Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who demonstrate:

Strong Academic Foundation

• Bachelor's or Master's degree from a strong academic institution
• Recent graduate or expected graduation within the current academic year
• Strong academic performance and demonstrated learning ability
• Intellectual curiosity and willingness to continuously improve

Communication & Collaboration Skills

• Professional fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese, both written and spoken
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with people from different backgrounds
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively
