International Operations Manager

For our client, we are seeking a International Operations Manager to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space.

This role will drive operating cadences, business reviews, and cross-functional coordination across international teams. You will help ensure priorities, resources, and deliverables stay aligned while improving visibility into operational performance. The position requires strong project leadership, clear stakeholder communication, and a sharp eye for process improvement in a fast-moving consumer-facing environment.

You will work closely with global partners to synthesize inputs, track progress, and keep complex initiatives on course.

Location: San Mateo, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $210,930 – $251,230 annually

Responsibilities

• Spearhead internal operating cadences and business reviews
• Manage work item prioritization and resource allocation
• Oversee project plans and ensure global deliverables are on track
• Define and track operational performance metrics
• Synthesize inputs from teams for clear status updates
• Lead recurring operational check-ins and planning cycles
• Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 6+ years in operations, program management, or project coordination
• Experience with international or multi-region teams preferred
• Strong project management skills in planning, tracking, and risk management
• Ability to communicate clearly with various stakeholders
• Analytical thinker with strong attention to detail
• Familiarity with project management tools like Airtable or Jira is a plus
