1. Coordinate and manage international travel arrangements to ensure a seamless experience for travelers.
2. Stay updated on international travel trends, visa requirements, and cultural nuances & provide guidance and recommendations on international destinations.
3. Effectively handle client inquiries, concerns, and issues related to accommodations and travel.
4. Negotiate and secure favorable terms with vendors for accommodations and travel services.
5. Identify and proactively address challenges related to accommodations and travel.
6. Prepare Customized Itineraries for the Sales Team
