Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven International Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for international clients, particularly in the USA, UK, and Canada. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing, screening, communication, and candidate management skills, along with the ability to work according to international time zones.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and onboarding.
• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, databases, and other recruitment platforms.
• Conduct initial screening calls and evaluate candidates based on job requirements, experience, communication skills, and suitability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and international clients.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for multiple job openings.
• Communicate professionally with international clients and candidates.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process and provide timely updates.
• Prepare and share candidate profiles, CVs, and screening summaries with hiring managers.
• Negotiate salary expectations and discuss job offers with selected candidates.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, interview schedules, and pipeline reports.
• Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets while ensuring the quality of hires.
• Stay updated on international hiring trends, sourcing strategies, and recruitment best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in recruitment, preferably international recruitment.
• Experience hiring for USA, UK, Canadian, or other international markets is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work evening or night shifts according to international time zones.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and recruitment tracking systems.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
