International Regulatory Affairs Executive

Responsibilities:

1. Provides technical and regulatory supports to strengthen international business development.
2. Oversees and ensures regulatory compliance (both local and oversea) for product registration and exportation.
3. Facilitates clients' commercial order processing to ensure punctual order fulfillment.
4. Monitors the progression of commercial productions and assists to resolve related issues.
5. Serves as liaison towards the principals collaborated on company exclusive ingredients.
6. Assists to monitor and analyze sales performance of company exclusive ingredients.
7. Identify new market trends and industry developments to propose potential ingredient principal for collaboration.
8. Undertakes any relevant ad hoc duties from superior from time to time.

Requirements:

1. Degree / Diploma in Nutrition / Dietetic / Food Science / Medical Science / Biochemistry or equivalent Science stream course.
2. 1-5 years of working experiences in supplement / nutritional related field or healthcare regulatory industry.
3. Experienced on NPRA or oversea regulatory affairs will be an added advantage.
4. Proficient in both spoken and written English & Malay. Able to speak and read Chinese or other foreign language will be an added advantage.
5. Organized, details-orientated, high accuracy, able to work independently with minimal supervision and self-motivated.
6. Willing to communicate with external parties & keen to explore new fields.
7. Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word as well as other analytical skills.
