International Relocation Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and client-focused International Relocation Consultant to manage end-to-end relocation services for our corporate and private clients moving globally. You will be the single point of contact guiding assignees and their families through every stage of their international move.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Consultation & Move Management: Conduct initial needs assessment calls with clients relocating internationally.Provide expert advice on destination countries, visa & immigration requirements, customs regulations, and cultural orientation.Create and manage personalized relocation plans, timelines, and budgets.

2. Coordination & Operations: Coordinate with international network partners, movers, freight forwarders, and shipping companies for household goods moving (air, sea, road).Arrange destination services: home search, school search, temporary accommodation, tenancy management, utility setup.Ensure all documentation (passport, visa, inventory list, insurance, customs forms) is accurate and compliant.

3. Client Relations: Provide exceptional customer service, keeping clients updated throughout the process.Handle any issues, delays, or complaints during the relocation process with professionalism.Conduct post-move follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.4. Business Development:Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, HR departments, and global mobility managers.Prepare and present relocation quotations and proposals.Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Experience: 2-4 years of proven experience in International Relocation, Global Mobility, Freight Forwarding, or Moving & Logistics industry is a MUST.

Knowledge: Strong knowledge of international shipping procedures, customs clearance (UAE & major destinations like UK, USA, Canada, Australia), and relocation documentation.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Additional languages are a plus).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple relocations simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving abilities.

Location: Must be currently in UAE and available to join immediately (preferred).

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
