International Retail Training Project Manager

Position

Within the International Retail Training department of Christian Dior Couture, the Dior Academy , you will join the team responsible for designing and deploying training solutions aimed at supporting the development and performance of Retail teams worldwide, while strengthening their expertise and pride in belonging to the Maison.

The Dior Academy develops the blended learning strategy across the Maison’s different professions and supports initiatives related to Retail Excellence. It designs and deploys training programs while continuously driving innovation in learning approaches and tools.

Job responsibilities

Reporting to the International Retail Training Manager, you will contribute to the development, deployment and delivery of training programs for Retail teams worldwide.

• Contribute to defining the training strategy and design engaging blended learning solutions and tools adapted to the Maison’s different activities, products and business needs.
• Manage training projects from initial concept through to deployment, ensuring the quality, consistency and relevance of the content delivered.
• Support local Training teams in implementing learning journeys and ensure the effective transfer of training tools, notably through the organization and delivery of Train-the-Trainer sessions .
• Work closely with various HQ partners, including Marketing, Studio and Ateliers, to gather the expertise and information required and translate it into engaging and impactful learning content.
• Monitor the performance and effectiveness of training tools, collect feedback from local teams and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Contribute to engaging and supporting communities and networks of experts or ambassadors, depending on the projects under your responsibility.
• Contribute to the creation and deployment of special and cross-functional projects across the Maison.
• Conduct ongoing research into emerging learning trends, training innovations and the competitive landscape to continuously enrich and enhance learning solutions.

Profile

You hold a higher education degree and have at least 3 years of successful professional experience in Training, Learning & Development, learning project management or Marketing, ideally gained within an international luxury, fashion or retail environment .

You have a strong product sensitivity and the ability to quickly understand and embrace different product categories, professions and areas of expertise, translating them into engaging learning experiences.

You demonstrate:

• Strong project management skills and experience in designing learning solutions;
• A genuine passion for learning and development , combined with a strong interest in new and innovative learning approaches;
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills ;
• Excellent written communication skills and strong visual sensitivity;
• Curiosity, creativity, rigor and excellent organizational skills;
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders in an international environment .

An excellent command of English is essential.

You are highly proficient in the Microsoft Office suite . Knowledge of digital learning tools such as Teach on Mars , as well as Photoshop , would be considered an asset.
