International Sales / Business Development Assistant

Position :- International Sales / Business Development
Location :- Vikhroli Mumbai
Experience :- 1 to 1+ Years
Qualification :- Any Graduates

Working days :- Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday off)
Working hours :- 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with international customers and distributors.
• Prepare export documents, quotations, invoices, and purchase orders.
• Coordinate export orders, logistics, and shipments.
• Support international tenders, product registrations, and approvals.
• Follow up with customers and internal teams for timely order execution.
• Maintain sales reports, customer databases, and MIS.
• Assist with product presentations and export compliance.
• Support export business across Russia, CIS countries, the Middle East, Africa, Nepal, and Sri Lanka.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of export procedures and documentation.
• Good English communication and email drafting skills.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Understanding of international logistics and shipping.
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple orders and meet deadlines.
