外贸业务专员 (International Sales)

• Develop and maintain relationships with international clients, primarily in Europe and the US.
• Conduct business communication, client development, quotations, negotiations, and follow-ups via email and online meetings.
• Manage the end-to-end order process, from quotation and production to shipping, documentation, and payment follow-up.
• Coordinate with clients, factories, and internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and product optimization.
• Monitor production progress and attend exhibitions or client visits when required.
• Report work progress to the Regional Manager in Singapore and follow up on projects according to timelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above with at least 1 year of international trade experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, email, and online meeting tools.
• Experience in handicrafts, clothing, textiles, hair, or beauty products is preferred.
• Chinese/Mandarin proficiency is preferred, with a proactive, responsible, adaptable attitude and willingness to travel occasionally.
