International Support Executive (Backend Operations)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Intern to support our day-to-day business activities. The intern will work closely with the operations team to improve processes, manage data, and ensure smooth workflow across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

● Assist in daily operational tasks and coordination across teams

● Maintain and update operational records, reports, and databases

● Support process improvement initiatives and documentation

● Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders

● Track project progress and prepare status reports

● Help in inventory management / resource planning (if applicable)

● Analyze data to identify trends and inefficiencies

● Perform administrative and support tasks as required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

● Graduated in Business Administration, Operations, Management, or related field

● Strong organizational and multitasking skills

● Good communication and interpersonal abilities

● Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic data handling

● Analytical mindset with attention to detail

● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
