What they need
We are looking for L2-level professionals to join our LMS Support Team.
Role: Executive LMS Support / LMS Admin (L2)
Location: Gurugram
Shifts: Rotational (including night shifts)

Strong technical troubleshooting
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L2 support for SAP Learning, Training Shop & Certification Hub
- Handle complex issues and customer escalations
- Ensure end-to-end ownership of incidents & perform RCA
- Collaborate with global stakeholders and teams
- Generate learning usage & customer reports
- Drive process improvements and platform enhancements
- Ensure GDPR compliance
