International Technical Support Engineer (Philippines Based)

岗位职责 Job Responsibilities

1、 负责合作安装商户用光伏储能首单项目落地，提供现场安装调试技术支持，排查逆变器、储能电池故障，保障项目顺利交付。

1. Manage rollout of the first residential PV & energy storage projects for installer partners, deliver on-site installation and commissioning support, troubleshoot inverter and battery faults to ensure smooth project handover.

2、 面向 B 端客户开展产品技术培训，线下为主、线上为辅，帮助合作客户掌握设备安装调试及基础故障处置技能。

2. Conduct product and technical training for B2B clients, mainly face-to-face with online backup, to equip partners with skills for equipment installation, commissioning and basic troubleshooting.

3、 通过线上及现场渠道快速响应客户、开展故障排查；按需赴现场处置问题，按公司流程办理故障产品退换货。

3. Respond promptly to installers' technical support requests for installation, configuration and remote troubleshooting via online, and provide on-site support when necessary. execute returns or replacements of defective products as per company SOPs.

4、 收集整理客户反馈的产品问题与需求，同步研发团队，支撑产品迭代优化，跟进问题直至闭环。

4. Compile customer feedback on product issues and requirements, share inputs with the R&D team to drive product improvements, and track cases until full resolution.

5、 协同销售经理拜访客户，梳理客户技术诉求，协助技术沟通与商务洽谈；参与展会、技术研讨会、客户沙龙等各类市场活动。

5. Accompany sales managers on client visits, capture technical requirements, and support technical discussions and commercial negotiations; support trade shows, tehcnical conference & seminars and other marketing events.

任职要求 Job Requirements

1、 英语、他加禄语流利，可满足工作沟通；本科及以上学历，电气工程、机电、电力、新能源相关专业，能力突出者可放宽至大专。

Fluent in English and Tagalog for workplace communication; Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Power Engineering or Renewable Energy. Exceptional candidates with a college diploma are welcome.

2、 光伏储能 / 新能源电力设备行业售前、售后或技术支持累计 3 年及以上经验，熟悉离 / 并网逆变器、储能锂电池安装调试，可独立处置常见设备故障。

2. Minimum 3 years of combined experience in pre-sales, after-sales or technical support roles in solar energy storage /renewable power equipment industry. Familiar with off-grid /hybrid inverters and lithium energy storage battery installation & commissioning; able to resolve common equipment malfunctions independently.

3、 可快速掌握产品技术要点与故障排查方案，及时响应需求；妥善处理客户疑问与售后突发情况，完成客户培训、现场调试指导，跟进问题闭环并定期同步进展。

3. Able to quickly learn product technical details and troubleshooting workflows, respond to technical support requests in a timely manner. Handle customer queries and after-sales emergencies professionally, deliver training and on-site supports, follow up and close up after-sales complaints with regular updates.

4、 沟通应变与抗压能力良好，工作踏实严谨，自主学习与跨部门协作能力强，具备优秀客户服务意识。

4. Strong communication, adaptability and stress tolerance. Diligent, meticulous, self-motivated and good at cross-team collaboration with solid customer service mindset.

5、 可承担菲律宾本地外勤与出差任务；试用期需赴中国总部参与短期培训.

5. Short-term training at China headquarters is required during the probation period and able to undertake field assignments and business trips within the Philippines.
