Location: KITSS, Zirakpur
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Salary: ₹25,000–32,000 per month

Role Overview

The International Telecaller will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls for international clients, ensuring professional communication, lead conversion, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• International calling — Make outbound calls to international prospects and handle inbound queries
• Lead conversion — Convert leads through effective communication and follow‑ups
• Client communication — Maintain clear, professional, and confident communication
• CRM updates — Record and update call details accurately
• Follow‑up management — Ensure timely follow‑ups with potential clients
• Target achievement — Work towards weekly and monthly performance targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow

Required Skills

• Excellent English speaking skills (mandatory)
• Strong communication and listening abilities
• Ability to handle international clients confidently
• Basic computer proficiency
• Good persuasion and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines

Qualifications

• Graduation Required
• 2–3 years of experience in international calling or customer service
• Prior experience in US/UK/Australia calling process preferred
