Experience: Minimum 12 months of International BPO Voice Experience

Salary: Up to ₹32,000 In-Hand

Shift: Rotational Shifts

Transport: Both-Side Cab / Travel Allowance

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer interactions through an international voice process.

Assist customers with travel-related queries and requirements.

Provide accurate and timely information while maintaining high service standards.

Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.

Maintain excellent communication and customer-handling skills.

Follow process guidelines and quality standards.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 1 year of International BPO Voice Experience.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.

Comfortable working in rotational shifts.

Candidates should be confident communicating with international customers.

Graduate and undergraduate candidates with relevant experience can apply.
