International US Customer support executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to international clients through phone calls, Chat
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Work on rotational shifts including night shifts (US shift).
• Meet performance targets set by the company for quality, productivity, and sales metrics.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-3 years of experience in an International BPO environment or similar industry.
• Fluent English language skills with good communication abilities.
• Strong convincing skills for effective query solving and upselling opportunities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
