What You’ll Do

• Leading and driving end-to-end (360°) in-store visual merchandising projects from concept development to the creation and execution of implementation guidelines,
• Ensuring field teams fully understand and implement brand visual standards; selecting focus stores for floor sets and fresh-up updates, preparing stores for execution, training partner VM teams, and overseeing all processes from planning to final execution,
• Identifying VM training needs, delivering training programs, evaluating their effectiveness, and ensuring store VM personnel correctly apply visual standards and seamlessly adapt to new guidelines,
• Developing visual layout plans for new store openings in alignment with product presentation and core VM standards; auditing and reporting on product displays against store architectural plans,
• Preparing seasonal and monthly budgets, managing budget vs. actual performance tracking, and coordinating financial performance across international markets,
• Translating creative concepts into technical briefs for global partners while ensuring high quality and brand excellence,
• Managing the accurate and timely procurement of VM materials for daily store operations, overseeing inventory levels, auditing store orders, and managing stock transfers when local sourcing is required,
• Collaborating closely with Marketing, Creative, and Brand teams during seasonal launches, sale periods, and special campaigns to ensure unified communication and the timely delivery of required visual materials,

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 8 years of experience in retail visual merchandising, with at least 5 years in a team leadership role,
• Strong analytical and reporting skills,
• Proven track record in budget planning, forecasting, and budget tracking,
• Strong experience in competitor analysis and market research,
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint) and design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator),
• Demonstrated ability to create comprehensive training materials and documentation,
• Proven track record of training, mentoring, and developing Area Visual Merchandisers,
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proven ability to proactively plan, prioritize, and independently manage multiple tasks and stakeholders,
• Fluency in English and experience working effectively in a multinational, multicultural environment,
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage VM processes in close collaboration with cross-functional teams,
