We are looking for Customer Support Associates to handle inbound and outbound customer calls for US-based customers. The candidate will be responsible for resolving customer queries, providing accurate information, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls from US-based customers professionally.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints within the defined SLA.
• Maintain a professional and courteous tone throughout the conversation.
• Accurately update customer information and call details in the system.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
• Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

Required Skills

• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good pronunciation and neutral accent preferred.
• Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
• Good problem-solving ability.
• Customer-focused approach.

Eligibility

• Any Graduate / Undergraduate.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Candidates with international voice process or BPO experience will be preferred.
• Good English communication is mandatory.

Pay: ₹143,183.80 - ₹481,453.64 per year
