We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an International Voice Process.
Experience-0 to 3 Years
Qualification-+12 th Passed
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Resolve customer queries and issues effectively.
- Provide accurate information and assistance.
- Maintain high-quality customer service standards.
- Ensure excellent customer experience.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support/voice process.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational night shifts.
- 5 days working with 2 rotational week-offs.
- Candidates must be willing to work from office.
- Rotational Night Shift – Any 9 hours
- Two-way cab available or Travel Allowance
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
