Job Description:

We are hiring experienced candidates for an International Voice Process. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process and excellent English communication skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
• Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Meet quality, productivity, and performance targets.
• Work effectively in rotational or international shifts.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process is mandatory.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in rotational/night shifts.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
