Position: Customer Support Executive (Executive)

Location: Yerwada,Pune

Salary - Up 5.8 LPA(Depanding upon experience )

Requirements:

• 6+ months of experience in an International BPO in Voice Process is mandatory.
• Handling basic customer queries and providing customer resolution.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and comprehension skills.
• Active Listener and Resolve the Customer Query over phone.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work in US shift (Night shift)
