Job Description:

 Gathering requisite data/information via Primary research (On Call).
 Ability to use keywords wisely when doing internet research.
 Good email etiquette.
 Good English command.
 Make outbound calls to international companies to verify and update details

Requirement:

 Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Voice Process
 Excellent verbal communication skills in English
 Ability to handle calls with professionalism and maintain a positive attitude.
 Strong data management and record-keeping skills.
 Ability to work in shifts as per international time zones.
 Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.
 Good listening skills
