1. Handle inbound and outbound calls Attend customer calls or make outgoing calls to international customers.
2. Customer support Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues professionally.
3. Communication skills Communicate clearly in English with good pronunciation, listening skills, and professional etiquette.
4. Problem-solving Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions within company policies.
5. Customer relationship management Maintain a polite, friendly, and professional approach throughout the call.
6. Follow call scripts and procedures Adhere to company guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

• Good spoken English and active listening.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Patience, empathy, and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work night shifts or rotational shifts, depending on the process.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
