Title : Customer Support Associate - International Voice Process

100% Work from Office

5 Days Working (Rotational Weekly Off)

Only Night Shift

Summary:

Required someone with excellent communication skill and should be passionate about handling technical queries of international users. Experience in customer support with international voice process background will be preferrable.

Experience Required

• Minimum 1 year of experience in International Voice Process background

• Freshers are also encouraged to apply (excellent communication is must)

• working knowledge of :

• Windows and/or macOS operating systems

• Microsoft 365 / Office applications

• Good understanding of hardware components and peripheral devices

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
