About the Role:

Hiring Customer Support Associates for a US & UK process. We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills both written & spoken who can confidently interact with customers and provide timely and effective resolutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle Inbound calls/chats related to product or service
• Understand customer requirements and provide prompt solutions
• Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism and empathy
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Ensure customer satisfaction by following quality standards
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution when required

Requirements

• Freshers and candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience can apply
• Any Graduate or Undergraduate (12th pass)
• Excellent spoken & written English skills are mandatory
• Comfortable working in night shifts
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Basic computer knowledge required
• Immediate joiners preferred
