International Voice Process Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve their queries related to e-commerce products and services.
• Process orders, cancellations, refunds, and exchanges in a timely and efficient manner.
• Provide product information, answer questions about features, benefits, and technical specifications of the company's offerings.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.

Job Requirements :

• 2-7 years of experience in an International BPO environment with focus on US Voice Process (E-Commerce).
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers over the phone/email/chat.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
