• Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
• Understand customer queries and provide suitable solutions.
• Maintain professional communication with customers.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively.
• Follow call quality standards and company procedures.
• Update customer details and call records in the system.
• Coordinate with internal teams when required.
• Achieve daily/weekly call and performance targets.
• Maintain good customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Work night shifts required.
