We are looking for confident, customer-focused International Voice Process Executives with strong English communication skills and experience handling international customers.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers based in the United States.
• Provide professional, courteous, and effective customer support.
• Understand customer concerns and resolve queries efficiently.
• Handle complaints, service requests, and follow-ups professionally.
• Maintain accurate customer information and interaction records in CRM systems.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
• Build positive customer relationships through effective communication.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly productivity and quality targets.
• Maintain required customer satisfaction and service-level standards.
• Follow company policies, quality guidelines, and SLAs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy while handling customer information.
• Demonstrate professionalism and a customer-first approach during every interaction.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process.
• Experience in US, UK, or Australian voice processes is preferred.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Neutral accent with clear pronunciation and strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong listening, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle customers confidently and professionally.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Comfortable working in a permanent US Night Shift.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong team player with a positive and professional attitude.
• Willingness to work from the Bengaluru office.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in any of the following will be preferred:

• US Customer Support
• International Customer Service
• Technical Support
• Collections
• BPO Voice Process
• International Sales Support
• CRM-based Customer Support

Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, Zendesk, Freshdesk, HubSpot, or similar CRM systems is an advantage.
