Role & Responsibilities International Voice Process

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
• Understand customer queries and provide accurate solutions.
• Assist with billing, payments, account, and service-related issues.
• Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues within defined timelines.
• Follow company policies, quality standards, and call-handling procedures.
• Document customer interactions and update information accurately.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services when required.
• Meet assigned targets related to CSAT, AHT, FCR, and quality.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.

Preferred candidate profile

Excellent English communication skills

Good customer handling and interpersonal skills
Willingness to work in rotational shifts
International Voice/Customer Service experience preferred
