International Voice Process Executive (Customer Support)

We are hiring experienced professionals for an International Voice Process role. The ideal candidate should have excellent spoken and written English communication skills, with C1-level proficiency, along with strong customer-handling abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers in a professional manner.
• Understand customer concerns and provide accurate and effective resolutions.
• Deliver a high standard of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow established process guidelines, company policies, and quality standards.
• Accurately document customer interactions and update relevant information in the system.
• Meet assigned performance, productivity, and quality targets.

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers are not eligible.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Voice Process.
• C1-level English communication skills both verbal and written.
• Strong customer-handling, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, if required.
• Basic computer knowledge with good typing skills.
