Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Interaction Executives to join our International Voice Process team. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills and experience in handling international customers through voice calls. The role involves lead generation, cold calling, upselling, cross-selling, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to international customers.
• Generate qualified leads through cold calling.
• Promote products/services through upselling and cross - selling.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions.

Requirements- Experience: 6 Months to 3Years in an International Voice Process.

• Qualification: Any Undergraduate, Graduate, post graduate preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Comfortable working in rotational/night shifts.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Customer - centric approach with strong interpersonal skills.
