Roles & Responsibilities
Handle international inbound voice calls for telecom customers
Resolve issues related to network, connectivity, broadband, Wi-Fi, and service interruptions
Provide clear and professional communication to ensure customer satisfaction
Adhere to quality, compliance, and productivity standards
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 2 years of International Voice experience, min 6 months of experience into telecom domain
Graduates / Undergraduates can apply
Willingness to work in 24/7 shifts
