Resolve queries related to products, services, and processes.
Provide accurate information and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Document details and update systems as required.
Meet quality, productivity, and performance targets.

Preferred candidate profile

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to work in night shifts/rotational shifts.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
UG/Grads are eligible.
