Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls from international customers.
• Understand customer queries and provide the right solutions.
• Maintain professional communication throughout the call.
• Resolve customer issues politely and efficiently.
• Handle customer complaints and follow-ups.
• Update customer details and call records.
• Coordinate with other teams when required.
• Maintain quality and productivity standards.
• Provide a smooth and positive customer experience.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
